The Neurology Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based, non-sales position focused on enhancing interactions with key US Neurology thought leaders at academic centers and leading community practices.

Typical day may include:
- Engage in meaningful, strategic discussions to gather insights and share clinical information with assigned thought leaders
- Conduct substantive business discussions on on-label product information, disease state, and corporate overviews
- Use a customer-centric, needs-based approach to drive thought leader engagements
- Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at local/regional/national conferences and in day-to-day business
- Develop/maintain lists of key thought leaders in assigned geography
- Assist with thought leader development
- Support speaker bureau buildout (identify speakers, manage logistics for trainings, and provide feedback to improve presentation effectiveness)
- Share insights with Marketing and other functional groups
- Support advisory board planning (recommend participants and coordinate participation)
- Ensure all interactions follow company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines

- Ability to collaborate and provide input/feedback across functions
- Ability to balance/lead multiple projects
- Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable engaging all organizational levels

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree/advanced certification a plus
- 10+ years relevant specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience in 2+ areas: Thought Leader Liaison, field sales, inline/regional brand marketing, medical/clinical experience; Neurology market experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated pharma marketing strategy expertise; launch experience preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel 60–80%
