Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with established and emerging Medical Experts in Dermatology.
- Conduct compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights supporting strategic business priorities.
- Facilitate discussions using approved resources to inform marketing and educational strategies.
- Capture, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support peer-to-peer education (expert insights, speaker development, educational planning) and moderate approved educational programs/peer exchanges.
- Lead/support advisory boards, insight forums, speaker initiatives, and other marketing programs.
- Coordinate Medical Expert engagement for congresses, society meetings, and external events.
- Partner across Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, and Congress teams to execute aligned strategies.
- Use digital tools and CRM platforms for engagement planning, insight generation, and collaboration.

Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement, field-based/regional marketing, HCP education, MSL/account management, medical communications, or related pharma/biotech role.
- Reside within the territory (Mid-Atlantic; between Philadelphia and Washington, DC; no relocation).
- Up to 80% travel; valid driverโ€™s license; ability to drive/fly across the territory.
- Proven compliant relationship-building with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of field-based marketing, insight generation, peer-to-peer education, congress planning, and compliant cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation/presentation, organizational, and project management skills; influence without authority.
- Experience with CRM/digital engagement/insight capture tools; financial/budget acumen; strong compliance and ethical decision-making.

Desirable:
- Dermatology therapeutic area experience.
- Cross-functional experience with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress Strategy, and field leadership.
