Role: Associate Director, Talent Acquisition - R&D, leads strategic recruitment efforts for AbbVie's R&D organization, partnering with senior leadership to align talent sourcing with business priorities. Qualifications: Bachelor's in HR, Business or related; 8+ years in HR with 5+ years in global talent acquisition or executive recruiting; experience in building tailored talent strategies in large, matrixed environments; strong stakeholder management, judgment, and communication skills. High-Value: experience with global R&D talent sourcing, strategic sourcing for emerging or specialized profiles, aligning talent acquisition with biotech/pharma business objectives, and leveraging technology enhancements including AI tools. Work setup involves collaboration across time zones, including non-prime hours, with a focus on influencing senior stakeholders and driving talent strategy in a fast-paced, complex environment.
