Role: Lead health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) for oncology diagnostics, focusing on demonstrating clinical and economic value of Natera’s molecular testing technologies across various indications. Responsibilities: develop and validate health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, ROI, Markov, decision trees); integrate HEOR into clinical development and real-world evidence strategies; analyze clinical trial and observational data; lead scientific publications; create payer evidence for reimbursement and market access; develop global HEOR strategies aligned with HTA requirements; collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Clinical, Biostatistics, Commercial) and with external partners. Requirements: advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or Master’s) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or related; 5–10+ years HEOR experience in biotech, pharma, or diagnostics; expertise in health economic modeling, outcomes research, and real-world evidence; experience supporting payer evidence, reimbursement, and scientific publications; familiarity with molecular diagnostics, ctDNA, MRD, NGS, and biomarker strategies preferred.
