Associate Director, Site Learning & Development

Role: Associate Director of Site Learning & Talent Development overseeing workforce training strategies in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and vaccine operations. Responsibilities: lead learning strategies for site expansion, tech transfers, and enterprise system launches; design learner-centric, experiential training programs leveraging Digital and AI tools; support LMS governance, data integrity, and curriculum management; mentor the L&D team; foster stakeholder relationships; ensure GxP compliance, safety, and quality standards; drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent experience (11+ years) with expertise in workforce development, adult learning, and regulated industry standards; strong leadership, strategic planning, and change management skills; proficiency in digital learning, instructional design, and process improvements. Preferred: experience in biopharma, life sciences, regulated manufacturing, building educational partnerships, and workforce analytics. High-Value: focus on GxP compliance, vaccine/manufacturing operations, technical system rollouts, and championing innovative digital learning solutions. Work setup: hybrid with 10% travel, based at the manufacturing site.
