Role: Senior leader in Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) focused on Organ Health, leading evidence development to demonstrate the clinical and economic value of Natera’s molecular diagnostics for CKD, transplant, and emerging indications. Responsibilities: develop and validate health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, decision-analytic models), generate real-world and clinical trial evidence, and lead publication initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Market Access, and Commercial teams to integrate HEOR insights across the product lifecycle, supporting market access, reimbursement, and clinical adoption strategies. Develop evidence for global markets, including HTA submissions and payer communications. Lead external collaborations with investigators, KOLs, and research partners. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, MD, DrPH, or Master’s in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or related field; 5–10+ years of HEOR experience, with expertise in economic modeling, outcomes research, real-world evidence, and publication strategy within biotech, pharma, diagnostics, or healthcare. High-value specifics include experience with precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, ctDNA, MRD, NGS, or Organ Health diagnostics, and familiarity with advanced analytical tools (e.g., R, SAS, TreeAge, SQL). The role is remote in the U.S., with a salary range of $157,000–$218,000, plus bonus and benefits, and requires strong scientific communication, cross-functional leadership, and global healthcare systems knowledge.
