Key Responsibilities
- Develop a data strategy for the Reimbursement and Analytics team; build sustainable measures and integrated scorecards (supporting Immunology CSP for Dermatology).
- Identify and communicate product reimbursement themes across business areas; lead clear narratives for collaborators.
- Lead data reporting and analysis for executive summaries and governance presentations on product reimbursement initiatives and outcomes.
- Provide on-demand support for enterprise projects and reimbursement data requests to enable data-driven decisions.
- Proactively analyze and measure product reimbursement services across CSPs and service channels; ensure adherence to business requirements and attainment of objectives.
- Provide work-quality and capacity oversight for team members as needed.
- Partner with Data Enablement and Platform Operations to ensure data is available and digestible; escalate as needed.
- Coordinate and prioritize escalations; participate in solution/process innovation to improve reimbursement authorization outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to privacy, compliance, legal requirements, and CSP Principles (data protection and appropriate use).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent.
- 3 yearsβ experience in Patient Services, Value and Access, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. full-time (no visa sponsorship).
