Associate Director, Regional Accounts – AZ, NV, UT, CO, WY & MT

Role: Associate Director, Regional Accounts, responsible for developing and executing payer strategies to improve access and reimbursement for Alkermes' marketed products across regional and managed care markets. Responsibilities: collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical, and policy teams; engage with payers, provider organizations, advocacy groups, and healthcare systems; manage reimbursement efforts for commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, and specialty pharmacies; develop regional plans for new product access and funding streams; build sustainable relationships for growth. Requirements: bachelor’s degree; 10+ years pharma experience, preferably in specialty or biotech; strong knowledge of pharmaceutical reimbursement, contracting, and healthcare payers; 2-3+ years in reimbursement/account management preferred; excellent strategic, analytical, communication, and leadership skills; valid driver’s license.
