Role: Associate Director, Quality Organization Change Management (global quality initiatives)
Location: Foster City, CA or Raleigh, NC or Parsippany, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Accelerate/amplify change leadership aligned with product and business strategy.
- Lead organizational change in a dynamic environment; define course of action to deliver results.
- Partner with executives/stakeholders to oversee transformational projects to completion using structured organizational change management.
- Lead adoption of Quality Programs and Technologies; establish structured change frameworks.
- Mature knowledge management and optimize collaboration tools as communication vehicles.
- Identify stakeholders, assess readiness, and recommend plans anticipating resistance to maximize adoption.
- Propose/implement solutions for complex issues and execute corrective actions.
- Build cross-functional stakeholder relationships; create change narratives and communications plans.
- Provide change management support for enterprise initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree + 10+ years (or Masterโs + 8+ years, or PhD + 5+ years) in organizational change management/communications/process analysis/process improvement; includes 3+ years in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of change management principles/methodologies/tools; exceptional written/verbal communication; active listening; ability to tailor messages to varied audiences.
Preferred:
- Change management certification; experience with large-scale change using process/capabilities/knowledge mapping; translating IT-to-business requirements; Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and modern content tools; independent leadership with interdisciplinary teams; global remote collaboration.
Comp/Benefits (explicit): Bay Area salary range $195,670โ$253,220; may include bonus/long-term incentives, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
