Purpose:
- Lead high impact, highly complex, end-to-end programs and projects across multiple cross-functional teams. Build PDS&T business systems strategy and plan, drive operational excellence improvement initiatives, deliver new processes/tools, and improve efficiency and agility with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate program scope, timelines, and deliverables independently; obtain final input from sponsors and management; prioritize program/project work.
- Ensure key projects are delivered effectively (meeting business needs) and on time.
- Manage full project lifecycle: drive team accountabilities, address issues/risks, support decision-making, and provide status updates/recommendations to function head/senior management.
- Analyze business processes and the impact of new/potential solutions.
- Participate in and drive strategic initiatives identified by PDS&T leadership.
- Build collaborative, trusted relationships by understanding business needs and providing strong project management leadership.
- Propose and implement new projects with functional leaders to improve productivity, compliance, and efficiencies; optimize team effectiveness and outcomes.
- Develop and use stakeholder communication plans; communicate via meetings, ad hoc discussions, and documented minutes.
- Use project tools (work plan, action item log, issue log, etc.) to manage work according to plan.
Preferred Experience:
- At least 10 years in managing operations, process improvement/analytics, or related areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree and 7-10 years related experience.
- Experience in complex, matrix environments; strong oral and written communication.
- Proven leadership skills and presence.
