Associate Director, US Market Access, Payer Strategy β€” lead development, evolution, and deployment of the VRAYLAR Integrated Access Strategy to support business performance across the long-range plan.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead development of Commercial and Medicare, plus VA/DOD/Kaiser contracting strategy and customer narrative, leveraging clinical/economic data and stakeholder insights
- Continuously evaluate evolving channel landscape to refine contracting strategy; enhance Account Team education and training
- Lead Value-based Contracting workstream, ensuring internal alignment and optimized approaches and field resources
- Lead development of key resources including Fast Start, MOUS, and Net Cost Calculator
- Partner with APEX MAPS teams on channel and account-specific analytics; support in-field partners (FRM, GAM, Account)
- Collaborate with Psych Payer Strategy and cross-functional partners (Brand Marketing, Finance, Medical Payer Strategy, HEOR, Trade, APS) to drive strategic alignment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing, US Market Access and/or Analytics
- Strong strategic thinking, business/financial acumen, analytical and communications skills
- High proficiency in Excel
- Buy-and-bill pharma business model/distribution channel experience preferred
- Advanced agility, project management, and prioritization skills
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude; cross-functional experience (field sales, finance, and/or market analytics) valued
