Associate Director, Patient CRM & Omnichannel Engagement Lead β€” Global Digital Center of Excellence

Responsibilities:
- Define strategy, roadmap, and execution for global patient engagement digital capabilities.
- Drive development and delivery of patient CRM and omnichannel capabilities using Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Serve as global product owner for patient-facing CRM tools (design, enhancements, configuration, data flows, governance).
- Ensure compliance, scalability, and alignment to regional privacy/regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Co-create omnichannel engagement strategies and compliant messaging across channels (email, SMS, portals, call center, digital hubs).
- Translate patient journey insights into touchpoint design and integrated campaign planning.
- Build scalable global omnichannel/patient engagement frameworks for localization by business units/regions.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; create intelligent alerts/data triggers for personalized interactions.
- Partner with IT on integrations/data security; liaise with Privacy/Legal/Compliance; lead change management.
- Manage agency/vendor relationships for CRM/omnichannel and campaign execution support.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Business/Marketing or related; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in patient CRM, digital marketing, DTC & omnichannel engagement (pharma/biotech).
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of patient services/hub processes; rare disease experience preferred.
- Strong cross-functional experience (Commercial, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, Compliance).
- Strong data privacy/regulatory knowledge; familiarity with marketing automation, journey orchestration, digital analytics.
- Excellent communication, project/stakeholder management, leadership, and vendor management experience.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary range: $155,000 to $213,070; may be eligible for discretionary annual bonus and stock-based incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
