Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and execution of the BMS operating system vision and strategy in line with business expectations.
- Oversee and collaborate with sites/functions/OpEx network to develop and implement strategies that build a continuous improvement culture.
- Lead and support Diagnostics and Focused Improvement initiatives.
- Coach sites/site leaders on development and execution of COMPASS Roadmaps.
- Apply Continuous Improvement and Lean tools to improve performance, reduce waste, and drive productivity.
- Facilitate Monthly “Bowling Card” reviews.
- Lead business process improvement (define/optimize/maintain end-to-end processes).
- Lead workshops and projects (Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, Lean Six Sigma).
- Establish SMART KPIs (safety, quality, service, cost, efficiency) and drive performance using metrics.
- Root cause problem solving; optimize labor, facility, and space utilization.
- Build capability through training/coaching; implement measurement/management systems.
- Stay current with emerging technologies; implement innovative solutions.
- Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Management/Project Mgmt or related); MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in operations/project management (or related).
- 2+ years in OpEx with heavy focus on driving focused improvements.
- Financial acumen for business cases.
- Proven track record leading complex projects/operational excellence.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt preferred.
- Project management proficiency (Agile, Scrum, or PMP).
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical/problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience or similar.
