Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) (Field-based)

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites (workflow education, system setup, operational requirements).
- Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Ensure sites have operational capabilities and knowledge for consistent execution of the end-to-end treatment journey.
- Serve as product operational subject matter expert for process, operations, and logistics.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate resolution via cross-functional coordination and defined processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant engagement and consistent site experience.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, reliable, responsive support.
- Use company-generated data and dashboards (as approved) to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback/process insights to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (e.g., sales, account management, provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider/operational stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction points, diagnose root causes, coordinate next steps).
- Ability to build relationships with operational stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
- Experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
