Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL)
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements)
- Provide process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources
- Ensure sites can consistently execute the end-to-end product operational journey (onboarding through ordering workflow and steady-state)
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for product process, operations, and logistics
- Be primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and drive resolution via cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support compliant, consistent site experience
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; deliver responsive operational support
- Use site operational metrics/dashboards (as approved) to identify improvement opportunities
- Synthesize site feedback to help HQ improve communication, workflows, resources, and education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration)
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem
- Proven ability to implement workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders
- Operate effectively in evolving “white space” environments; strong operational problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal/communication and cross-functional/matrix leadership skills
- Ability to travel ~50% and hold a valid driver’s license
- Preferred: experience supporting activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies; experience with complex oncology workflows; experience with large oncology systems
