Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) โ field-based, customer-facing (nonโdemand generating, non-promotional). Primary accounts: Texas. Candidate must reside in the territory.
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites (educate on workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
- Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources.
- Serve as product operational subject matter expert for assigned sites; support process, operations, and logistics.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; provide consistent, responsive support.
- Use company-generated data/dashboards (as approved) to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback/process insights to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem; proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies.
- Ability to operate in โwhite spaceโ environments; strong operational problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Travel ~50%; valid driverโs license.
Preferred:
- Advanced therapy (cell/gene/radioligand) activation/readiness and operational support.
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
