Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating/non-promotional role (Texas accounts). Must reside in the designated territory.

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding/readiness support for treatment sites; educate on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Provide process-focused education using approved resources; support initial implementation and ongoing operations.
- Ensure sites can consistently execute the end-to-end product operational journey (onboarding/readiness through ordering and steady-state operations).
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites (process, operations, logistics).
- Serve as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for coordinated, compliant site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders via consistent, responsive support.
- Use company-generated data/dashboards to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, provider ops/administration).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven experience working with provider organizations/operational stakeholders for complex therapy workflows.
- Ability to operate in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving; root-cause identification and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; leadership in cross-functional/matrix settings.
- Ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
- Site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated): $190,800–$300,300; annual bonus/long-term incentive (if applicable); comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401(k).
