Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Texas Territory (TX)

Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing (non–demand generating, non-promotional); responsible for accounts in Texas. Candidate must reside in designated territory. Primary focus is operational/process support (not clinical treatment information).
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements)
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support
- Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge for consistent end-to-end treatment journey execution (onboarding through steady-state)
- Serve as operational SME for product process, operations, and logistics
- Triage and resolve operational issues via cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for compliant, consistent site experience
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through responsive support
- Use site metrics/dashboards (as approved) to identify operational improvement opportunities
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, provider ops/administration)
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem
- Proven experience with provider organizations/operational stakeholders implementing workflows for complex therapies
- Ability to operate in evolving/unclear “white space” environments
- Strong operational problem-solving and root-cause/next-step coordination
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills; leadership in cross-functional matrix settings
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (e.g., cell/gene/radioligand)
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems
Compensation/Benefits (as stated): $190,800–$300,300; eligible for annual bonus/long-term incentive (if applicable); comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, retirement/401(k), paid holidays/vacation, compassionate & sick days).
