Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating and non-promotional. Primary point of contact for operational information and support for product treatment sites; focused on operational/process support (not clinical treatment information). Accounts: St. Louis geography (IL & MO). Candidate must reside in territory. Travel ~50%.
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding/readiness support for treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
- Provide process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources.
- Ensure sites can consistently execute the product end-to-end operational journey (onboarding/readiness through ordering execution and steady-state operations).
- Serve as product operational subject matter expert for assigned sites (process/operations/logistics).
- Triages and addresses operational issues via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with approved cross-functional oncology field teams for coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders.
- Use site operational metrics/dashboards (as approved) to identify improvements.
- Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years’ healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge.
- Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving (root cause, next steps with stakeholders).
- Relationship-building, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Experience with site activation/readiness for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
