Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) – field-based operational point of contact for treatment sites for an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early stage melanoma.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
- Provide process-focused education using approved resources; support initial implementation and steady-state operations.
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for site process/operations/logistics.
- Be primary contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; deliver responsive operational support.
- Use dashboards/metrics (as approved) to assess site operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge and provider operations experience implementing workflows for complex therapies.
- Ability to operate in “white space” with evolving processes and dependencies.
- Strong operational problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to build customer relationships; excellent communication and leadership in cross-functional, matrix settings.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license; must reside in Southwest territory (AZ, NM, San Diego CA).
Preferred:
- Experience with site activation/readiness for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand), complex oncology workflows, and large oncology systems.
Skills (required): Account management/relationship building, collaboration, cross-functional coordination, onboarding, logistics management, site activation/operations, stakeholder engagement, immunotherapy/oncology and product lifecycle support (incl. mRNA, radiopharmaceutical-related knowledge).
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable in posting): $190,800–$300,300 base; eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable); comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, retirement 401(k), paid time off).
