Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — Philly geography (PA & NJ). Field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating and non-promotional. Primary point of contact for operational information and support; focused on operational/process support (not clinical treatment).

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements)
- Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources
- Ensure sites can consistently execute the end-to-end product operational journey (onboarding → ordering workflow → steady-state)
- Serve as product operational subject matter expert (process, operations, logistics)
- Triaging/resolve operational issues via cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for coordinated, compliant site engagement
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders
- Use company dashboards/metrics (as approved) to identify operational improvements
- Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider ops/admin)
- Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge; proven provider-operations experience with complex therapies
- Ability to work in evolving “white space” environments; strong operational problem-solving
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration; travel ~50%; valid driver’s license

Preferred:
- Experience supporting activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand)
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems
