Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL)

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites, including workflow, system setup, and operational requirements
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support
- Ensure sites can consistently execute the end-to-end product operational journey (onboarding/readiness through ordering workflow and steady-state operations)
- Serve as product operational subject matter expert for process/operations/logistics
- Serve as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant engagement
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through responsive support
- Use dashboards/metrics (as approved) to assess operational performance and drive improvement
- Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communications, workflows, resources, and education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration)
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem and complex-therapy provider operations
- Ability to operate in “white space” with evolving processes and dependencies
- Strong operational problem-solving and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license; must reside in assigned Philly geography (PA/NJ)

Preferred:
- Experience with advanced-therapy site activation/readiness
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems

Skills (required/preferred themes):
- Account/relationship management, onboarding, logistics, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, operational problem-solving, oncology/cell & gene therapy concepts
