Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL)
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites; educate on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Provide process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing operational support.
- Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge to execute the end-to-end treatment journey.
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for product process, operations, and logistics.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, responsive support.
- Use dashboards/metrics (as approved) to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to help HQ improve communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem; track record implementing workflows for complex therapies.
- Ability to operate in evolving/unclear “white space.”
- Strong operational problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license; must reside in PA/WV territory.
Preferred:
- Advanced therapy site activation/readiness support; complex oncology workflows; large oncology systems experience.
