Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating and non-promotional role in OK-LA geography (AL, KS, LA, OK). Candidate must reside in the territory.
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites; educate on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements
- Deliver process-focused education to stakeholders using approved resources for implementation and ongoing support
- Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge for consistent end-to-end treatment journey execution
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites; support product process, operations, and logistics
- Primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and address via cross-functional coordination and defined processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant engagement
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, reliable support
- Use company data/dashboards (as approved) to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Synthesize site feedback/process insights to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration)
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem
- Track record implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in evolving, unclear “white space” environments with multiple dependencies
- Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction points, diagnose root causes, coordinate next steps)
- Strong interpersonal/communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Experience supporting site activation/readiness for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand)
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems across multiple stakeholders
