Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating/non-promotional. Primary point of contact for operational information and support for product treatment sites. Role focuses on operational/process support (not clinical treatment information). Territory: Ohio geography (OH and KY); candidate must reside in the territory.
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements)
- Deliver process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources
- Ensure sites can consistently execute end-to-end treatment operational journey (onboarding → ordering workflow → steady-state operations)
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for product process, operations, and logistics
- Triaging and resolving operational issues via cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for compliant, coordinated engagement
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders
- Use approved dashboards to assess operational metrics and identify improvements
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years relevant experience in healthcare/life sciences (sales, account management, provider operations/administration)
- Strong healthcare ecosystem understanding
- Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations
- Ability to operate in evolving “white space” environments
- Operational problem-solving and stakeholder coordination
- Interpersonal/communication skills; leadership; cross-functional matrix collaboration
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand)
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems
