Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL)
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites; educate sites on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Deliver process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Ensure sites have the operational capabilities and knowledge to execute the product’s end-to-end treatment journey.
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites; support product process, operations, and logistics.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination and defined processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) to ensure coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, responsive support.
- Use company-generated data/dashboards (as approved) to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback and process insights to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven experience working with provider organizations/operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
- Ability to operate effectively in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction points, diagnose root causes, coordinate next steps).
- Strong customer relationship-building with operational stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and ability to collaborate in cross-functional matrix organizations.
- Ability to travel ~50%.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Advanced therapy site activation/readiness and operational support (cell, gene, radioligand therapies).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
