Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL)

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites; educate sites on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources.
- Ensure sites have operational capabilities to execute the end-to-end treatment journey (onboarding/readiness through ordering workflow execution and steady-state operations).
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites; support product process, operations, and logistics.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve issues via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for coordinated, compliant site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders.
- Use site metrics/dashboards (as approved) to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ workflows, resources, and education.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem; proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies.
- Ability to operate effectively in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.
- Build customer relationships; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership; cross-functional/matrix collaboration.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.
- Must reside in NYC territory.

Preferred:
- Advanced therapy site activation/readiness and operational support (e.g., cell/gene/radioligand therapies).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.

Required Skills (as applicable):
- Account/relationship management, stakeholder engagement, onboarding, site operations, logistics management, product lifecycle, project implementations, collaboration/cross-functional teamwork.
- Oncology/immunotherapy concepts and cell & gene therapy; messenger RNA; radiopharmaceutical/logistics experience.
