Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) β field-based operational support (NYC accounts; candidate must reside in territory).
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites; educate on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Provide process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge to execute the end-to-end product operational journey (onboarding/readiness through ordering workflow execution and steady-state operations).
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites (process, operations, logistics; not clinical treatment).
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination and defined processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through consistent responsive support.
- Use company-generated data/dashboards (as approved) to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback/process insights to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem.
- Track record implementing complex-therapy workflows with provider organizations/operational stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in evolving/unclear environments with multiple dependencies.
- Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction, diagnose root causes, coordinate next steps).
- Build meaningful customer relationships with operational stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills across cultures/disciplines.
- Leadership and cross-functional/matrix collaboration.
- Ability to travel ~50%.
- Valid driverβs license.
Preferred:
- Activation/readiness and operational support experience for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Complex oncology workflow experience.
- Experience with large oncology systems and multi-stakeholder enterprise navigation.
