Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL)

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites, educating sites on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Provide process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources to support initial implementation and ongoing operational support.
- Ensure sites have operational capabilities/knowledge for consistent end-to-end product treatment journey execution.
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites (process, operations, logistics).
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve through cross-functional coordination and defined processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, responsive operational support.
- Use company-generated data/dashboards (as approved) to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback/process insights to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders.
- Ability to work in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving and root-cause/next-step coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
- Experience supporting activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies.
- Experience with complex oncology workflows.
- Experience with large oncology systems and multiple stakeholders across an enterprise.
