Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL)
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites; educate sites on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Provide process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge for consistent end-to-end treatment journey execution.
- Serve as product operational subject matter expert for process, operations, and logistics.
- Primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination and defined processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support coordinated, compliant site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through responsive operational support.
- Use site operational metrics (as approved) to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem.
- Track record implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders.
- Ability to work in “white space” environments with evolving/unclear processes and dependencies.
- Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction points, diagnose root causes, coordinate next steps).
- Strong customer relationship-building with treatment site operational stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills across cultures and disciplines.
- Leadership and cross-functional collaboration in matrix organizations.
- Ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting site activation/readiness for advanced therapies (e.g., cell/gene/radioligand therapies).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
