Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — North California (field-based). Primary field point of contact for operational information and support for product treatment sites. Focus is operational/process support (not clinical).
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites; educate on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Deliver process-focused education to stakeholders using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites (process, operations, logistics).
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for compliant, consistent site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; provide consistent, responsive support.
- Use site operational metrics/dashboards (as approved) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (e.g., sales, account management, provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge; proven provider workflow implementation experience.
- Operate in “white space” with evolving processes/unclear paths.
- Strong operational problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license; must reside in territory.
Preferred:
- Advanced therapy site activation/readiness and operational support (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
