Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — North California (field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating, non-promotional). Candidate must reside in the assigned territory.
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites; educate sites on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing operational support.
- Serve as product operational subject matter expert for assigned sites (process, operations, logistics).
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for compliant, consistent site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; provide consistent, responsive support.
- Use approved site metrics/dashboards to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years in healthcare/life sciences (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem understanding.
- Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations.
- Ability to operate in evolving “white space” environments; strong operational problem-solving.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration; build relationships.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Activation/readiness and operational support experience for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
