Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - New England Territory (ME, NH, NY, VT)

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites; educate sites on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements
- Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing operational support
- Ensure sites have operational capabilities to execute the product’s end-to-end treatment journey
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites (process, operations, and logistics)
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate resolution through cross-functional processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support coordinated, compliant engagement and consistent site experience
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, reliable, responsive support
- Use company-generated data/dashboards (as approved) to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Synthesize site feedback and insights to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration)
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem
- Proven track record implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in “white space” environments with evolving processes and dependencies
- Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction points, diagnose root causes, coordinate next steps)
- Ability to build relationships with treatment-site operational stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations
- Ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license

Preferred:
- Experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand)
- Experience with complex oncology workflows
- Experience with large oncology systems and navigating multiple stakeholder groups
