Associate Director, Treatment Site Lead (TSL) (Oncology)
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites, ensuring education on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Provide process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Ensure sites have operational capabilities and knowledge to execute the end-to-end treatment journey.
- Serve as product operational subject matter expert for assigned sites; support product process, operations, and logistics.
- Be the primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate resolution via cross-functional partners and defined processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) to enable coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, responsive support.
- Use approved data/dashboards to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback and process insights to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations and operational stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in “white space” environments with evolving processes and multiple dependencies.
- Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction points, diagnose root causes, coordinate next steps).
- Ability to build customer relationships with treatment-site operational stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong leadership in cross-functional, matrix environments.
- Ability to travel ~50% and valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Experience with site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows.
- Experience with large oncology systems and multi-stakeholder enterprise navigation.
