Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, non–demand generating/non-promotional. Primary field contact for operational information and support for product treatment sites.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding/readiness support for treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
- Provide process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources.
- Ensure sites can consistently execute the end-to-end product operational journey (onboarding to steady-state).
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for product process, operations, and logistics.
- Triaging/resolve operational issues via cross-functional coordination and defined processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; deliver responsive operational support.
- Use site metrics/dashboards (as approved) to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem understanding; proven provider operational workflow implementation experience.
- Ability to operate in evolving/unclear environments; strong operational problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license; must reside in New England South territory (CT, MA, RI).
Preferred:
- Site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies.
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
