Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating/non-promotional role supporting onboarding and steady-state operations for an oncology mRNA individualized neoantigen therapy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead treatment-site onboarding and readiness support (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
- Deliver process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources.
- Ensure sites can consistently execute the end-to-end treatment operational journey (onboarding → ordering workflow execution → steady-state operations).
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for product process/operations/logistics.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; provide consistent, responsive support.
- Use (as approved) site operational metrics/dashboards to identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge.
- Proven experience working with provider organizations to implement workflows for complex therapies.
- Ability to operate in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving; root-cause identification and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong interpersonal/communication and cross-functional leadership.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Advanced therapy site activation/readiness/operational support (cell/gene/radioligand therapies).
- Complex oncology workflow experience.
