Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL)

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites; educate on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing operational support.
- Ensure sites have operational capabilities/knowledge for consistent end-to-end treatment journey execution.
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites; support product process, operations, and logistics.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate resolution through cross-functional processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders via consistent, responsive support.
- Use approved company data/dashboards to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback/process insights to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction points, diagnose root causes, coordinate next steps).
- Ability to build relationships with operational stakeholders; excellent communication/interpersonal skills; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
- Experience supporting site activation/readiness for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
