Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing (non–demand generating, non-promotional). Midwest territory (IN, KY, MI). Candidate must reside in designated territory.
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding/readiness for treatment sites; ensure education on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Provide process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Support consistent end-to-end execution (onboarding through ordering workflow and steady-state operations) as operational SME (process/operations/logistics).
- Serve as primary contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; use site metrics (dashboards/data as approved) to drive operational improvement.
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years in healthcare/life sciences (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge; proven experience implementing complex therapy workflows.
- Ability to work in evolving “white space” environments; strong operational problem-solving.
- Interpersonal/communication skills; leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Valid driver’s license; travel ~50%.
Preferred:
- Site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
Skills (required): Account/business relationship management; onboarding; logistics; stakeholder engagement; oncology; site activation/operations; collaboration/cross-functional teamwork.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $190,800.00–$300,300.00; eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable).
