Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating and non-promotional. Primary point of contact for operational information and support for treatment sites.

Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements)
- Deliver process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources
- Ensure sites can consistently execute the end-to-end treatment operational journey (onboarding/readiness through ordering and steady-state operations)
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites (process, operations, logistics)
- Act as primary contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination and defined processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) to support compliant, consistent engagement
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders
- Use data/dashboards (as approved) to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration)
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and provider operations
- Track record implementing workflows for complex therapies; strong operational problem-solving
- Ability to operate effectively in evolving/unclear environments; build relationships with operational stakeholders
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; strong leadership and cross-functional matrix collaboration
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license

Preferred:
- Experience supporting site activation/readiness for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand)
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems
