Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Mid-South Territory (AL, MS, TN)

Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, non–demand generating, non-promotional role for accounts in Mid-South (AL, MS, TN). Candidate must reside in the territory.
Primary Activities & Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge for consistent end-to-end treatment journey execution.
- Serve as product operational subject matter expert for processes, operations, and logistics.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and drive resolution via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for compliant, consistent site experience.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders via responsive operational support.
- Use approved company data/dashboards to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback/process insights to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations.
- Ability to operate effectively in “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; leadership in cross-functional matrix settings.
- Ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.
Preferred
- Advanced therapy site activation/readiness and operational support (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.

- Salary range: $190,800.00–$300,300.00.
