Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) β Florida territory (field-based). Primary field point of contact providing operational information and support to treatment sites for an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy. Focus is operational/process support (not clinical).
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites; educate on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements
- Provide process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support
- Ensure sites can execute the end-to-end product operational journey (onboarding/readiness through ordering workflow and steady-state operations)
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for process, operations, and logistics
- Act as primary contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate cross-functional resolution
- Collaborate with approved cross-functional oncology field teams for compliant, consistent site experience
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; deliver consistent, responsive support
- Use approved site metrics/dashboards to identify operational improvement opportunities
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (e.g., sales, account management, provider operations/administration)
- Strong healthcare ecosystem understanding
- Track record implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider/operational stakeholders
- Operate effectively in evolving, unclear environments
- Strong operational problem-solving and leadership in cross-functional/matrix settings
- Travel ~50%; valid driverβs license; must reside in territory
Preferred:
- Advanced therapy site activation/readiness experience (cell, gene, radioligand)
- Complex oncology workflow experience; large oncology systems experience
