Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — Florida (field-based; non–demand generating, non-promotional). Primary point of contact for operational information and support for treatment sites to enable consistent end-to-end execution of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early stage melanoma (operational/process support only; not clinical).

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead site onboarding/readiness support (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
- Provide process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources.
- Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge for consistent end-to-end treatment journey execution.
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites (process, operations, logistics).
- Triaging and resolving operational issues via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders.
- Use operational dashboards/metrics (as approved) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider ops/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem understanding; track record implementing workflows for complex therapies.
- Ability to work in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; leadership in cross-functional matrix organizations.
- Valid driver’s license; travel ~50%.

Preferred:
- Advanced therapy site activation/readiness/operational support (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Complex oncology workflows and large oncology system experience.

Skills (required/preferred highlights): account management, onboarding, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, logistics management.

Benefits/Compensation: annual bonus/long-term incentive (if applicable); comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, retirement/401(k), paid holidays, vacation, compassionate/sick days). Salary range: $190,800–$300,300.
