Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
- Provide process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing operational support.
- Ensure sites can consistently execute the product end-to-end treatment journey (from onboarding/readiness through ordering workflow execution and steady-state operations).
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites (process, operations, and logistics).
- Be primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve issues via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support compliant engagement and consistent site experience.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through responsive operational support.
- Use dashboards/metrics (as approved) to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven track record implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider/operational stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to build customer relationships with treatment-site operational stakeholders.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; lead in matrix organizations.
- Ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Experience with site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows.
- Experience with large oncology systems and navigating multiple enterprise stakeholder groups.
