Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) (field-based, customer-facing; non–demand generating and non-promotional). Primary responsibility is operational information and support for product treatment sites; focuses on operational/process support (not clinical treatment information). Territory: Central Plains (AR, KS, MO, NE); candidate must reside in territory.

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding/readiness support so sites are trained on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Provide process-focused education using approved resources for site implementation and ongoing operations.
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for site process, operations, and logistics.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate resolution through defined processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for coordinated, compliant site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders via consistent, responsive support.
- Use dashboards/metrics (as approved) to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback and process insights to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge.
- Proven track record implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations.
- Ability to operate in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to build relationships with treatment-site operational stakeholders.
- Excellent communication; cross-functional leadership; ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
- Experience supporting site activation/readiness for advanced therapies.
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
