Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating/non-promotional. Primary point of contact for operational information and support for product treatment sites (Central Plains: AR, KS, MO, NE; candidate must reside in territory). Focus on operational/process support (not clinical).
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead site onboarding/readiness support: educate sites on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Ensure sites can consistently execute the end-to-end operational journey (onboarding/readiness through ordering workflow execution and steady-state operations).
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for product process, operations, and logistics.
- Triaging operational issues and coordinate resolutions via cross-functional processes.
- Collaborate with approved cross-functional oncology field teams for compliant, consistent site experience.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders via responsive support.
- Use dashboards/metrics (as approved) to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years healthcare/life sciences experience (sales/account management/provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem understanding; track record implementing workflows for complex therapies.
- Ability to operate in “white space” environments; strong operational problem-solving.
- Relationship-building and excellent communication; leadership in cross-functional matrix organizations.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Advanced therapy site activation/readiness support (cell/gene/radioligand) and complex oncology workflows; experience with large oncology systems/enterprise stakeholders.
