Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL)
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and site readiness support for product treatment sites (workflow education, system setup, operational requirements).
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites; support product process, operations, and logistics.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support coordinated, compliant site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; provide consistent, responsive operational support.
- Use company dashboards/data to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communications, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge.
- Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders.
- Ability to work in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction points, diagnose root causes, coordinate next steps).
- Ability to build operational customer relationships; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership in cross-functional/matrix organizations; travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Site activation/readiness experience for advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
Required skills: account management, logistics management, onboarding, site activation/operations, stakeholder engagement, collaboration/cross-functional execution.
