Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) – Carolinas (NC). Field-based, customer-facing, non-demand generating/non-promotional; candidate must reside in territory.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites; educate on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for site implementation and ongoing support.
- Ensure sites have operational capabilities to execute the end-to-end product operational journey (onboarding/readiness through ordering workflow and steady-state operations).
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for product process, operations, and logistics.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and drive resolution via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; provide consistent, responsive support.
- Use site operational metrics/dashboards (as approved) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales/account management/provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge.
- Proven ability to implement workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations.
- Ability to operate in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to build operational customer relationships; excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and cross-functional matrix collaboration; travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Advanced-therapy site activation/readiness and operational support experience (cell/gene/radioligand therapies).
- Complex oncology workflow experience.
- Experience with large oncology systems and multi-stakeholder enterprises.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $190,800.00–$300,300.00; eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable).
