Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs across departments to C-Suite and use insights to drive Oncology business within organized account networks.
- Develop and co-own strategic plans and pre-launch strategy/execution with Regional Managing Director and Regional Sales Director; coordinate across HQ, account, and region executive teams.
- Build strategic relationships with HCP and non-HCP partners; align to account priorities.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with account C-suite/D-suite; serve as primary Oncology point of contact (with RMD and other leads) to establish executive/HQ exchanges.
- Create internal cross-functional collaboration opportunities to remove barriers and proactively develop solutions.
- Own account performance across the portfolio; improve demand-generation outcomes and drive results through solutions.
- Lead communications with priority accounts and internal teams; communicate strategic shifts to enable confident execution.
- Manage multiple priority accounts and drive pull-through in targeted Priority Accounts and Affiliated Healthcare Systems.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar), including at least 2 types of cross-functional roles; track record of exceptional execution.
- 2+ years in project management and translating strategy into execution.
- 2+ years leading complex projects requiring cross-functional/national alignment.
- Must reside within territory or within 100 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
- Driving is an essential function; fully valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience calling on assigned oncology accounts.
- 3+ years’ account management covering Academic Medical Centers, Integrated Health Systems, GPOs and/or Large Community Oncology Integrated Networks.
