Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs (departments to C-Suite) and use insights to drive Oncology business within account networks.
- Develop strategic plans with the Regional Managing Director and Regional Sales Director; co-own pre-launch strategy and execution across HQ, account, and region teams.
- Build relationships with HCP and non-HCP partners; identify collaboration opportunities with account C-Suite/D-Suite.
- Serve as primary Oncology point of contact to enable account buying and HCP ordering; generate insights for new business opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers and create solutions.
- Own account performance; address demand generation opportunities and achieve portfolio performance.
- Lead communications with priority accounts and internal teams; communicate strategic shifts.
- Manage multiple priority accounts.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar), including at least two cross-functional experiences.
- 2+ years’ project management; translating strategy into execution.
- 2+ years’ experience leading complex, cross-functional/national-aligned projects.
- Track record of exceptional results.
- Reside within the territory or within 100 miles of the border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
- Driving is essential: fully valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience calling on assigned oncology accounts.
- 3+ years’ account management covering AMC, Integrated Health Systems, GPOs, and/or large community oncology integrated networks.
