Associate Director, Oncology Priority Accounts – Denver/Kansas City/St Louis

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs from departments to C-Suite and use insights on account dynamics and internal/external factors to drive Oncology performance.
- Develop strategic plans with Regional Managing Director and Regional Sales Director; co-own pre-launch strategy and execution across HQ, account, and regional teams.
- Build strategic relationships with HCP and non-HCP partners to align with business priorities.
- Serve as primary Oncology point of contact for collaboration with account leadership (C-Suite/D-Suite) and establish executive/HQ exchanges.
- Drive cross-functional internal collaboration to remove barriers and create solutions.
- Own account performance across the portfolio; support demand generation and lead achievement of account performance outcomes.
- Lead communications between Novartis and priority accounts, internal account teams, and CE leadership; communicate strategic shifts.
- Manage multiple priority accounts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar), including at least 2 types of cross-functional roles.
- 2+ years in project management and translating strategy into execution.
- 2+ years leading complex projects requiring cross-functional and national alignment.
- Track record of exceptional performance.
- Reside within territory or within 100 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
- Driving is essential; unrestricted driver’s license required.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience calling on oncology accounts.
- 3+ years’ account management across Academic Medical Centers, Integrated Health Systems, GPOs, and/or large Community Oncology networks.
Compensation/Benefits (summary): Salary expected $168,000–$312,000; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity; health/life/disability, 401(k) match, and time off.
